This "pupcake" is made of a standard sized cupcake for the base, and a decorated mini cupcake that is set on its side, atop the base, for the head. Marshmallow ears dipped in pink sugar, candy coated sunflower seed eyes, a mini m&m nose, and a cut-out fruit roll up tongue creates the personality. And, I piped it all out of a cut-up freezer bag.
